SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Shipping & Handling

Shipping and Handling are NOT included on the sales order when placed at trade shows or on our website. They are calculated once the order has been confirmed and a credit card has been received for the order. Once the order is packed, we can estimate the total shipping cost and the credit card will be charged at that time. Customers may request shipping estimates/quotes before orders are processed for packing/shipping; however, this may delay the ship out time at Starlight’s discretion. We reserve the right to use any courier/carrier for a customer’s shipment; we will always choose the cheapest quote available. Freight charges are paid by recipients. You may use your preferred carrier if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. We do offer express shipping options; please contact us at sales@starlightgifts.ca for details.

Fulfillment & Delivery of Order

For the time between August 30th-October 30th , confirmed orders may require an extra 1-2 weeks before they are shipped. This time is our high season which will require more time to ship out orders, however, once you have been contacted about your order, we will notify you the estimated ship time and which date it will be received. We will do our best to make sure you receive your order on time.

Free Shipping

 We offer free Ground Shipping shipping for Pre-Negotiated and Pre-Approved Customers.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Ground Shipping shipping is not valid on international orders.

 Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
