STEP 1: BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Signed into a pre-approved account (Skip Step 2)

Register for an account. If you do NOT have an account, proceed to Step 2

STEP 2: How to sign up

Creating your retailer account is fast and simple

Enter your email address and select a secure password

Fill in all your billing, shipping and contact information

Please allow up to 48 hours for your account to be approved. Check your email for confirmation

Once approved, please log into your account and you’re all set to browse wonderful holiday decorations!

STEP 3: How to order

Easily browse, select, and purchase products from our Electronic catalog:

Please double check if you are logged into your online account. You should see “My Account” in the top right hand corner

Open up the Interactive Electronic Catalog you received in your email

Click on the Product Image if you would like to add it to Your Cart

Once you click the product, it will add ONLY the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).  If you want to add more, I would recommend adjust your cart once you have added all desired products to your order.

To avoid the constant page changing, you can hold CTRL while clicking on a product which will open a new window rather than change your existing one.

Easily add products to your cart ($200 minimum for your first order)

When you are finished adding your items, you can adjust your quantities by clicking on “My Cart”

When you are ready to check out, please proceed to Step 4.

STEP 4: How to checkout

Click checkout when you have finished selecting items

Enter all required billing and shipping information

Select your ship date and cancel date + Urgency level

Select your preferred payment method (Credit Card, Direct Deposit, E Transfers, Terms)

Click Submit Order

Wait for confirmation email that your order was received

Starlight will send you a confirmation sales order via email

Once confirmed, your order will be shipped by a specified date!

Once received, make sure all products have arrived and if there are any issues, please contact claims@starlightgifts.ca within 30 days of delivery.
